En organisant les 12e Rencontres M\u00e9ridionales de Pr\u00e9histoire R\u00e9cente \u00e0 Bayonne en 2016, nous souhaitions mettre l\u2019accent sur le sud-ouest de la France, r\u00e9gion souvent absente des synth\u00e8ses nationales et peinant \u00e0 attirer les regards de la recherche.
\nLes contributions r\u00e9pondant au th\u00e8me propos\u00e9, \u00ab Entre deux mers \u00bb, mettent en lumi\u00e8re un espace g\u00e9ographique entre Atlantique et M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, du M\u00e9solithique au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e2ge du Bronze, au travers d\u2019\u00e9tudes synth\u00e9tiques fond\u00e9es sur les d\u00e9couvertes les plus r\u00e9centes. Ces \u00e9tudes offrent \u00e9galement l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 rare de mettre en perspective les donn\u00e9es issues des deux versants des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es. Comme \u00e0 l\u2019accoutum\u00e9e, la session th\u00e9matique est suivie d\u2019articles d\u2019actualit\u00e9 offrant un panorama des d\u00e9couvertes r\u00e9centes de la Pr\u00e9histoire r\u00e9cente du sud de la France. Cette actualit\u00e9 est ici d\u00e9clin\u00e9e en deux parties, la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9gionale et la seconde \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Midi.<\/p>\n

\nContributions to the thematic session, \u00ab\u00a0Entre deux mers\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>highlight a geographical space between the Atlantic and<\/em> Mediterranean coasts, from the Mesolithic to the early Bronze <\/em>Age, through synthetic studies based on the most recent<\/em> discoveries. These studies also offer the rare opportunity <\/em>to put into perspective the data from the to slopes of the<\/em> Pyrenees. <\/em>As usual, the thematic session is followed by papers on <\/em>research news offering a panorama of recent discoveries<\/em> dated from the Recent Prehistory in Southern France. Theses<\/em> news are divided into two parts, the first focused on this <\/em>region and the second on the scale of the Midi.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
